At HiraethLune, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected Tops, Skirts, and Jeans to you reliably and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing and local postal services, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. There is currently no minimum purchase amount for free shipping. All applicable charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For the most accurate delivery status, please use the tracking link or check directly with the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. HiraethLune has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs duties, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees we incur.
