By accessing and purchasing from the HiraethLune online store (the "Site"), which offers Tops, Skirts, and Jeans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return eligible items (Tops, Skirts, Jeans) in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
